Continuation....

My team was a small one !!
Nov 17 2011, i saw my team members, just 2 new team mate
as i said it was a very small team :P

TL(Technology Lead)  met him a week later

TA(Technology Analyst) met him the first day

SSE(Senior System engg)-met her two days later

SSE-(met him today only :P, Jan 12 2012)

(dont mistake me guys !!! he was in sholingnallur, came down to MCity today)

SE-(Just married on Dec 30 2011) She is On leave...

Then myself (SE)

6 of them here in off shore !!
Onsite i guess 2 more.. :P

Let me come back to incident which inspired me to share this in my blog .,

hmm our proj is getting LIVE on Jan 25 2012

so the pressure is equally divided among us !!

i was about to make very few changes in the existing production codes which is absolutely hardest part of anything.. the problem is, if u are the author of particular code u can make changes so easily, being a new resource for that team i have to spend lot of my time to analyse and make the changes perfectly.

So to make my process simple, even at short  time my TL spend more than 3 hrs in explaining the code

( which means he guided me how to analyse a code in short time and do changes )

While explaining he said "You have learn all this Very soon, The team may get even smaller. you got to be ready". Its because my TA is well prepared with all VISA formalities he is waiting for his Onsite trip :P

SSE-She is getting married on Mar end and may settle in bangalore :P

so he want me know about the project very soon...

Those words didn't let me sleep during full travel time on my way back to my home :)

U may still thinking what is so inspiring in this!!!
